Built with Industry-Standard Components

We only use industry-standard components, involving standard form factor motherboards, chassis, and power supplies. This means our machines do not use any proprietary parts and future part replacement/repairs/upgrades are easily available.

We only select components that have been reviewed and tested by many users:

We only use standard form factor (E-ATX/ATX/Micro-ATX/Mini-ITX) motherboards that have industry-wide recognition, and are highly rated by customers. We only use standard form factor (ATX/SFX-L/SFX) power supplies with a minimum of 80 PLUS White, Bronze, or Gold efficiency ratings. Lastly, we only use standard form factor (ATX/Micro-ATX/Mini-ITX) computer cases ideal for air cooling with positive airflow or liquid cooling with compatible 280mm/420mm radiator mounting.

Advanced Cooling for Advanced Processors

Most manufacturers choose to cut costs by using lower-tier options for computer cases, cooling systems, and PC components.

We strive to use the best cooling options available. Our entry level offerings use the new stock Intel or AMD coolers (not re-engineered old ones). Higher TDP machines use a 4-6 heat pipe air cooler or 280mm/420mm AIO liquid coolers.

Advanced cooling capability is desired for Intel and AMD's high core-count processors. This is required for long computing sessions, so performance (such as average clock speed over all cores) does not decrease over hour-long sessions. Computers built by our competitors can reach over 95 degrees celsius, commonly resulting in 10% or significantly greater decreases and slowdowns in performance.

Not only do we build with the highest quality computer chassis, coolers, and components, but we also conduct rigorous testing to ensure that the computer you purchased meets the advertised performance straight out of the box.

Easy Maintenance

Our team understands that many other brands build with proprietary parts that are not easily user-serviceable. Since we only use industry standard computer components, we only select parts or components that are easily upgradeable, replaceable, or serviceable as necessary.

This means, if a part requires a replacement, needs service or an upgrade, you can quickly find and purchase one of many compatible components.

No Pre-Installed Bloatware

We are not sponsored by partner organizations promoting software applications or antivirus. We only install updated versions of BIOS, Microsoft Windows, and the latest stable version of device drivers.

Installed bloatware in the form of startup applications, anti-virus trials, and branded programs can use up system resources and increase the boot time of your PC by several seconds to a full minute. This is why our team seeks to ensure all machines have a brand-new, clean operating system, free of unneccessary or promoted applications.

Limited Lifetime Customer Support

On a limited basis, we will support our machines throughout its useful life. We want you to be able to use your computer for up to 7-10 years before feeling the need for an upgrade. Once you have purchased a machine with us, we will have a detailed record of our assembly and testing processes, and provide remote support to ensure that the customer can fulfill his/her computing needs with their machine. Options of customer support methods include: E-Mail, Phone Call, Video Call, and Shipment.

Warranty: We will help you during the RMA process for any defective parts used in the conditions specified by the original manufacturer's warranty. Please do not make any modifications to the machine to prevent voiding the warranty for future RMA requests.

Future upgrades: When you safely ship your machine to us and pay for upgrade parts, you will be continuously supported on your machine journey without any additional labor or consulting fees.

Limited lifetime customer support: After warranty is expired, limited support is only provided as available to registered customers and a minimum level of lifetime support cannot be guaranteed. Repair/upgrade labor requests are initially limited to once per year, but are extended upon approval.
